Diagnosis (Discovery is the First Step To Success)
Business Diagnostic
This intensive, two day process using a
sophisticated business analysis tool will allow us
to conduct a high-level diagnostic review of your
current strategic position and operational
performance. We will identify exactly what needs to
be done in your business to reach your goals.
Together we will develop the key action steps and a
project plan with timelines and resources to make it
happen. We will monitor the project management plan
and work with you on the implementation of the steps
required.
Customer Advisory Board
A Customer Advisory Board is a valuable tool for
founding out what customers really think about your
business. We will assist in the selection of
participants and organize and moderate the meeting.
You will not be present, assuring that honest and
meaningful information is obtained. The meeting will
last for approximately two or three hours with
approximately six to ten of your customers. We audio
tape the meeting for your future use but provide
immediate feedback following the meeting with you
directly. We will find out what you do right, what
needs improvement and what key changes need to be
made, all from your customers’ perspective.
Team Advisory Board
Similar to a Customer Advisory Board, we will
meet privately with your Team to discover what their
concerns are, what their understanding of your
business is, where they see improvement most needed,
and provide feedback regarding your management
skills and leadership. This meeting is not audio
taped and your team’s privacy is respected where
requested. We then meet with you and provide
concise, helpful feedback and ideas to improve the
Team’s satisfaction, performance and communication
with ownership. |
