Business Coaching

Beyond the projects we do for our clients, there is often a client need for ongoing involvement and assistance with achieving business objectives. Owners often need someone “to bounce ideas off of” or someone “to help keep me on track and hold me accountable to my plans” or even someone “who will get me out of the office to sit down and talk about where we’ve been and where we’re going.” A “coach” is often just the vehicle to help on these matters.

Effective coaching involves a commitment to a series of prescheduled meetings with well defined agendas. In a coaching environment, the discussion will cover where the owner is with respect to the plans in place, changes that may be necessary and what the expectations will be going forward. Accountability is key. We will provide a coaching environment that is positive, supportive and results oriented.
