Implementation

Rodman & Rodman can assist you from start to finish with the implementation of the accounting software that we are certified in. Rodman & Rodman has highly trained software coordinators who will perform the following services:

• Assist with the setup of the organization
• Train your team to use the software and to perform all normal accounting functions including entry, analysis & reconciliation
• Clarify any special issues and needs
• Create and print standard financial statements
• Customize forms and reports to your specifications
• Create budgets and applicable reports
• Show you how to troubleshoot when errors occur

If we are not certified in the software we will be there to support you as deemed necessary. Our unique knowledge of your business means our involvement in the process is usually necessary to assure coverage of all the organization's needs. Our goal with any implementation is that when we leave, you will have the knowledge and confidence to operate your software to its greatest capabilities.
