As Rodman CPAs’ Office Manager and Marketing Director, Kathy is responsible for the "quality of life" within the firm by ensuring all systems run smoothly and managing vendor and service provider relationships. Her responsibilities range from day-to-day operations to large-scale projects, including managing the recent office relocation, the rebranding process, and a highly successful open house at the new Waltham office location for clients and friends of the firm.
Kathy is actively involved in the marketing and public relations efforts of the firm, coordinating press releases, outreach efforts, and advancing the firm’s presence at seminars and conferences.
Prior to joining Rodman CPAs, Kathy held a series of executive support and business management positions in professional service organizations (primarily architecture and corporate search firms).
