As Director of Administration at Rodman CPAs, Jen leads and provides management oversight for the firm’s human resources (HR) operations including performance management, employee coaching and development, employee benefits, mentoring and recruitment. As a member of the firm’s Management Committee, Jen works closely with the partners on developing and implementing firm strategy, and serves a conduit between management and staff.  She also serves on the IT Committee and helps establish the firm’s IT strategy to ensure Rodman CPAs offers the most up-to-date technology for both staff and client services. 

In addition to her firm-wide responsibilities, Jen also works with a number of Rodman clients and serves as a resource for a variety of HR questions, issues and operational projects.

I have a five-year-old son who keeps me very busy. Outside of work and family, I enjoy broadway musicals and live concerts. In the past, I taught dance to young children and coached soccer.
