Steven P. Rodman, CPA, MST - President

Steve came to Rodman & Rodman to work with his father Herb in 1980. He is a graduate, with honors, of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In that same year he received a Certificate of Achievement for passing the full CPA examination at the first sitting. Later, Steve received a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley College.

Although Steve’s achievements in the academic arena are impressive, it is his abilities as a client advisor and advocate that make him so valuable to those he serves. He enjoys the opportunity to develop relationships with so many bright and interesting people (our clients) in a wide variety of industries. He gets the most enjoyment and satisfaction when he sees the firm’s ideas and suggestions implemented and paying off for our clients. It is through Steve’s leadership that the team atmosphere at Rodman & Rodman is so evident. Through such leadership, Rodman & Rodman possesses great camaraderie within its own team members and most importantly, a true and lasting commitment to helping our clients achieve their lifetime goals.

Steve is also quite the busy person once he leaves the office. He counts on his wonderful and supportive wife Susan and his fifteen year old daughter Emily who have helped him through many tax seasons. Steve also enjoys hiking, camping, biking, reading and travel.
